Sales Prospector
The Sales Prospector role is a dynamic opportunity for individuals skilled in client engagement and sales, with a monthly quota to meet. As a Sales Prospector, you’ll be pivotal in identifying and qualifying potential customers for our business. This involves proactive prospecting, canvassing, strategic networking, and forging meaningful connections with potential clients that turn into new leads for our sales team.. The ideal candidate possesses outstanding communication, time management, tenacity, and research abilities, essential for excelling in this role.
Sales Prospector works Tuesday – Saturday from 10:00am to 8:00 pm. Under normal conditions a 40+ hr work week during prime season (April through November). Work a minimum of 3 Saturdays per month during prime season. December – March 3 day work weeks from 12:00pm – 6:00pm.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for ensuring an exceptional client experience from the initial point of contact

Sales Squad Leader
The Sales Squad Leader is responsible for recruiting and training new sales reps, reviewing, implementing, and updating sales processes and procedures, and finalizing sales contracts with customers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop sales strategy for company achieve $7,000,000 in sales
• Recruit, hire, onboard, conduct bi-annual reviews, terminations for sales team
• Participate in designing + integrating sales strategy, continuously iterate on sales process
• Assist Director of Operations in facilitating power hours with sales reps

Sales Representative
The Sales Representative position is a client-facing sales role with unlimited earning potential for those with the drive to succeed. Individuals in this role serve as the face of Stinson Services for our customers and guide property owners throughout their construction and storm reconstruction projects. Our top sales performers routinely exceed total compensation packages over 6 figures!
Must be available to run appointments Mon – Fri 8:00 am to 7:00 pm (extended hours and weekend work is necessary to keep up with demand)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly qualified sales quotas for obtaining sales agreements + signed quotes.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with both Stinson clients and internal office personnel

Assistant Project Manager / Foreman
The Assistant Project Manager / Foreman’s primary function is to help manage our projects by ensuring job sites are clean, safe, and stocked with correct materials. You will track and report on their progress to our team and share updates with clients as needed. You will also provide skilled labor on a limited basis to help complete projects.
This is an hourly part-time position with the ability to work over-time during peak season. This is a seasonal position April thru August/September.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assisting in jobsite cleanup, management, and labor as necessary
• Ensure enough materials are onsite throughout project (materials delivery and returns)
• Help ensure proper job costing by providing receipts towards projects
• Communicate with Project Manager/Foreman with jobsite updates, including time on jobsite and any work completed
• Use Company Cam to document material returns and delivery; also to add to job progress
• Help with prep work for projects that includes painting, staining, sanding, cutting, etc.
• Ensure warehouse & storage areas are safely organized and cleaned up at the end of each day
• Ensure vehicles are cleaned on interior and exterior; gas up vehicles at the end of the day; aid in oil changes
• Delivering material samples to job sites
• Help deliver and set up safety equipment for jobsites
• Moving and transporting ladders and other needed equipment to the jobsite
• You’ll learn how to perform general inspections on roofing, siding and gutters
• Learning how to safely pull shingle and siding samples as needed and place a patch
• Help with pulling, scheduling and posting permits for roofing, siding and window projects

The Commercial Sales Representative must be available to run appointments Mon – Fri 8:00 am to 7:00 pm. Extended hours and weekend work is necessary for success.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Hit monthly, quarterly and yearly quota
• Sales presentations to commercial property owners, managers and investors for roof replacements and repairs
• Takeoffs + Estimating for commercial roofing projects
• Must be able to climb a ladder and inspect walls and roofs
• Join and attend a Networking group such as: BNI, Chamber of Commerce or create your own

Administrative Coordinator
The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for managing Stinson Services Human Resources needs, office and accounting operations. Duties include superior customer service when communicating with customers, providing assistance to production and sales, and management of accounts payable and receivable.
Expected hours are Mon – Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Under normal conditions a 36-40 hr work week, periodically will require extra time and effort during the summer months.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Customer Service/Office Responsibilities
• Updating, Documenting, and Organizing Processes
• Perform office and administrative duties to assist CEO
• Screen calls, manage calendars and qualify clients to set appointments for Sales Department
• Follow Up calls to customers, partners, and insurance companies as needed
• Routine data entry into Salesforce (CRM)
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail
• Organize and maintain office files and supplies
• Obtain drone reports for Sales Department when requested
• Assist with obtaining building permits and creating precon and job folders
• Post vacant spaces for buildings managed by Stinson Properties LLC
• Post equipment listings when needed
HR Responsibilities
• Manages and maintains job postings
• Prompt response to questions from hiring managers, applicants, and new hires
• Coordinates scheduling of phone screens, interviews, and new hire orientation
• Prepares materials for employee onboarding
• Involved in training employees as needed
• Maintain employee records including assessments, performance reviews and PTO requests
• Submit all required documentation for annual workers compensation audit
• Assist with Production on Trade Partner admin – TP Matrix, onboarding, and compliance
Finance Responsibilities
• Create invoices based on Salesforce Quotes
• Email and mail invoices to customers in a timely manner
• Receive payments and record in Quickbooks and Salesforce
Qualifications:
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite and QuickBooks Desktop
• 2+ years of experience in Office Manager or equivalent

Project Manager / Foreman
The Foreman’s primary function is to provide skilled labor, manage subcontractors and clearly communicate w/ clients and team members, ensuring they complete each project safely, on time and on budget. You will track and report the progress of our client’s project and update notes and statuses within our CRM throughout the project. You will also provide skilled labor on an as needed basis.
Mon – Fri 6:00am to 4:00 pm. Under normal conditions a 40-60 hr work week during prime season (April through November). Able to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month during prime season.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Conduct pre-construction to review project scope and specifications with subcontractors and document any change orders prior to start of project
• Conduct post-construction meetings with clients to complete a final walkthrough
• Ensure project specifications are followed and report change orders
• Inspect the quality of work performed by subcontractors to ensure it meets industry standards and OSHA compliance
• Complete material takeoffs, place orders, audit material deliveries and collect returns from job sites
• Help coordinate city inspections, dumpster pickups, and material pickups on project sites with Production Coordinator and Administrative staff
• Help maintain accurate financial reporting on all projects by submitting all job receipts to Admin Manager in a timely manner
• Provide carpentry and roofing labor for a variety of exterior building components on an as needed basis, including shingle/siding sample pulls. Some examples include punch list items, repair tickets, and smaller tasks.
• Perform inspections to identify problems such as leaks or cracks
• Resolve or report problems when they arise regarding Stinson Services projects
• Track, report, and update project progress daily through Company Cam and Salesforce CRM
• Ensure and maintain cleanliness and organization of company storage space, storage containers, and company vehicles
• Work with Production Coordinator to ensure vehicles are regularly serviced
• Build Stinson Services demo displays on an as needed basis
• Aid in recruiting and qualifying subcontractors as potential Stinson Services trade partners
• Maintain exceptionally high standards of customer service as the primary liaison between the company and its customers
Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of residential and commercial construction methods, techniques, systems and building codes
• Working on steep pitches and heights on a continuous basis
• Working knowledge of building trades including roofing, siding, & gutters
• 5+ years of experience as a carpenter, roofer, siding, gutter or sheet metal installer
• Hands-on experience in residential or commercial remodeling either as a carpenter, or other tradesperson
• Excellent communicator and professional demeanor with high regard for customer service
